This is an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the original complainant on record. The revision applicant has been convicted for offence u/s 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. Pursuant to the dismissal of the appeal, the revision application has been filed before this Court challenging the orders passed by both the Courts below. During pendency of the revision application, the original complainant i.e. respondent in the revision application has expired. The death certificate of the complainant has been placed on record. In that view of the matter, present application is filed to bring on record the legal representative of the deceased complainant.

For the reasons stated in the application, Criminal Application No.124 of 2018 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
