R. M. SAVANT, J.

DATE :

10th July, 2015 P.C.

The cause for filing the above Civil Application was the fact that the College Tribunal was not available as no appointment was made by the State Government. The Learned AGP states that the appointment has now been made by the State Government and the College Tribunal is therefore available. The College Tribunal is directed to hear and decide the Appeal expeditiously. It is therefore not necessary to consider relief which is sought by way of prayer clause (a). The Applicant's entitlement to the said relief would be contingent upon the decision in the Appeal. With the aforesaid observations, the Civil Application is disposed of.
