Prayer has been made to dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent to consider and take appropriate decision on his review application as expeditiously as possible.

Having regard to the limited prayer made in this Petition, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the Petitioner's entitlement, this Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent to consider and take appropriate decision on the said review application Megha 1/2
