Learned counsel for the applicant states that the chargesheet has been filed and he is attending the trial regularly. She also states that the applicant has been attending the police station as directed, but since the trial is pending before the competent court, he may be exempted from reporting to the Investigating Officer.

Considering the fact that the charge-sheet has been filed, I see no hesitancy in granting the application by relieving the applicant of complying with condition No.(ii) in the order dated 01/09/2021, by which the applicant was released on bail. 4.

The application is disposed off.
