DATE: FEBRUARY 15, 2022 P.C.:- 1] Counsel for non-applicant on instructions informs that non-applicant shall deposit Rs. 20,000/- before the Family Court, Pune in pending proceedings i.e. HMP (A) No.1170 of 2019 within a period of four weeks from today. Statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. 2] On such date of hearing when Applicant physically attends the said proceedings, she shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs 10,000/- towards travel and out of pocket expenses. 3] Statement made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant on instructions that the non-applicant shall maintain deposit of Rs 20,000/- till disposal of the said proceedings is also accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
