This is an application for modification of para No.6 of Order dated 10th February 2022 passed in Interim Application No.529 of 2022. 2.

Advocate Mr.Mashal submitted that, after inquiry it was revealed that the charges of Marathi Daily Newspaper 'Lokmat' for publication of advertisement/notice are on higher side than the Marathi Daily Newspaper '

Navshakti'. He submitted that, the Applicant may not be able to cope up with the said expenses for publication of the notice in Marathi Daily Newspaper '

Lokmat'.

In this brief premise, this application is filed for modification of para No.6 of Order dated 10th February 2022.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Application, para No.6 of Order dated 10th Februray 2022 is modified and the Applicant is permitted to publish notice in Marathi Daily Newspaper ' Navshakti'.

The period to publish said notice is hereby extended upto 13th April 2022.
