This interim application is directly filed before this Court. In fact the applicant should have approached the concerned court i.e. learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 26th Court, Borivali, Mumbai, where the case bearing No.1052/PW/2020 is pending. So the applicant is free to approach the said Court. In case appropriate application is filed by the applicant before the said court, we direct the concerned court to decide the said application on its own merits in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible however within a period of two weeks after filing such application. The concerned Court shall seek response from the concerned police station after filing the application. With the aforesaid observation, the interim application stands disposed of.
