1] Applicant is seeking bail in C.R. No. 751/2020 registered with MHB Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 499, 402 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 and 25 of the Arms Act and Section 37(1)(A), 135 of Maharashtra Police Act. 2] I am informed that in three offences registered against the applicant on the very same day i.e. on 13/11/2020 in relation to theft 1/3

of the mobile, applicant has already pleaded guilty. 3] Apart from above, there are no criminal antecedents against the applicant. Considering the punishment provided and the fact that applicant is available for prosecution, applicant deserves to be released.

4] In that view of the matter, application is allowed. (i) Applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 751/2020 registered with MHB Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 499, 402 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 and 25 of the Arms Act and Section 37(1)(A), 135 of Maharashtra Police Act upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall neither influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

(iii) Till the charge is framed, applicant shall attend the concerned police station in the first week of every English calendar month. 5] Application stands disposed of.
