The application was heard. The Court was not inclined to grant relief. Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant is lady. She is house wife. She is in custody from 13th August 2020. Application may be allowed to be withdrawn and trial may be expedited with liberty to prefer fresh application for bail. 2.

Accordingly, the application is allowed to be withdrawn. In the event trial is not concluded within a period of six months from today, the applicant is at liberty to prefer fresh application for bail. Application stands disposed of.
