The only relief sought in the above Writ Petition is a direction to the Respondent No.2 to consider the proposal dated 21/03/2014 submitted by the Management Institute for granting approval to the Petitioner for the post in question.

Having regard to the nature of the relief sought, we deem it appropriate to direct the Respondent No.2 to consider the proposal dated 21/03/2014 submitted by the Management Institute, take a decision thereon and communicate such decision to the Petitioner within eight weeks from date. In so far as entitlement of the Petitioner is concerned, we express no opinion in that regard, needless to state that the said proposal would be lgc
