Perused the application. The applicants have placed on record the details of the conveyance executed in their favour by the original Petitioner. The learned counsel for Respondent states that inspection of the conveyance has been given. No reply is filed. In the circumstances, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c). There is no question of grant of prayer clause (e) which would be prayer in the petition. Amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks from today. Place the writ petition on board as per its CMIS date.
