P.C:- The Applicants have been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 326, r/w. 34 of IPC and therefore sentenced to suffer R.I. for three months. It is informed that the appellate court had taken the Applicants into custody and sent them in jail.

The execution of substantive sentence of imprisonment of the Applicants to stand suspended, pending revision.

The Applicants be released on their executing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) and Surety Bond in the like amount. Bail before appellate court. Each of the Applicants are permitted to deposit the sum of Rs.15,000/- as cash bail instead of furnishing surety.

Application (Interim Application No.724 of 2023) for suspension of sentence stands disposed of.

Issue notice to the Respondents in revision application (Criminal Revision Application No.49 of 2023) returnable on 21 March 2023. Learned APP waives notice for the Respondent State. (R.G. AVACHAT, J.)
