Mr. Kadam seeks permission to withdraw the Petition as the matter is settled between the parties before the Family Court at Thane. To that effect, he has filed praecipie which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. He has also placed on record letter dated 18th June, 2018 addressed by the petitioner to him which is taken on record and marked 'Y' for identification.
