Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. 2.
By this application, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No. I-07 of 2015 registered with the Waliv Police Station, Palghar, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 348, 420, 464, 465, 467, 468(3), 470, 471, 507, 448(4) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant is one Abdul Wahid Jamiullah Khan. The dispute pertains to a land. The only allegation in the said complaint is that the co-accused Nos. 1 to 5 had shown the complainant cheques which were signed by the applicant. Nowhere in the entire complaint, the complainant has stated that the present applicant met him or misrepresented him. Admittedly, the cheques which were allegedly signed by the applicant and were shown to the complainant, were not handed over to the complainant, nor were they used. Considering that this is the only allegation as against the applicant, the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail, in the event of his arrest, on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount ; (ii) The applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer of the Waliv Police Station, Palghar once a week on every Saturday between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. till the filing of the charge-sheet;

(iii) The applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
