DATED : 11th MARCH, 2022 P.C:- By the present application, the Criminal Bail Application No.2146/21 is sought to be restored, in the wake of its dismissal on 8/2/2022, for want of prosecution. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the application.

The application reveal that on 8/2/2022, the matter was being heard virtually and at that time, Advocate for the accused was at native place and due to poor connectivity, he was unable to attend the matter.

By setting aside the order dismissing the application in default, Bail Application No.2146/2021 is restored to it's file. Liberty is granted to the applicant to circulate the same.
