This is an application for restoration of Criminal Bail Application No.1260 of 2016 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 24th January 2017. Heard the learned advocate appearing for the applicant / accused as well as the learned APP for the State. It avk 1/2

15-APPA-323-2017.doc appears that, because of inadvertence, the learned advocate appearing for the applicant / accused could not attend this court when the Criminal Bail Application No.1260 of 2016 came up for final hearing. In this view of the matter, the order dated 24th January 2017 is recalled and Criminal Bail Application No.1260 of 2016 is restored to file.

Criminal Application No.323 of 2017 is accordingly allowed.
