The petitioner claims to be a journalist running journal 'Krantiwadi'. His grievance is regarding illegal construction at Survey No. 171 (Part), C.T.S. No. 176 situated at Gowalkot. He has annexed a copy of representation made to CEO Chiplun Nagar Parishad dated 29th January, 2015. Petitioner has made certain allegations against respondents. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, we direct the respondent Chief Officer, Chiplun Municipal Council to look into the grievance of the petitioner and after considering the entire record and calling for explanation from the concerned persons, appropriate steps be taken in accordance with law. The Chief Officer shall deal with the matter in accordance with law. We do not express any opinion on the allegations made by the petitioner.
