This is an appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act filed by the Claimants for enhancement of compensation awarded by the Claims Tribunal, Alibag, Raigad under judgment and Award dated 23.10.1996 in Accident Claim Case No. 246 of 1992. 2.
