By this civil application, applicants seek amendment to the Writ Petition No.5199 of 2014 so as to bring the legal heirs of the original respondent no.1 on record who had expired during the pendency of the writ petition. Copy of the death certificate is annexed to the civil application.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). Delay in filing the civil application is also condoned. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. No order as to costs. R.D. DHANUKA, J.
