By the judgment and order dated 11 January 2011, the petition filed by the Appellant-husband of the year 2007 seeking divorce was rejected.

On the last occasion, learned counsel for the Respondent had stated that the parties are living separately, however, he is unable to contact his client as well. If the parties are not interested, no purpose will be served by keeping it pending. Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
