Present application seeks restoration of the Criminal Application which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 16th February 2017.

Perused the application. The reasons cited in the said application seeking restoration, appear to be bona fide. In such circumstances, we are inclined to restore Criminal Application No.951 of 2015 and proceed to hear the matter on merit. N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The restoration is however, subject to payment of cost of Rs.3,000/­ to Kirtikar Law Library, Mumbai. The payment to be made within a period of one week and receipt thereof to be tendered on record.
