The applicants have filed this civil application in view of demise of the original petitioner no.2. New trustees are appointed, who are sought to be impleaded as trustees in place of the petitioner no.2 who had expired.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) duly amended. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
