After hearing the learned counsel for the Petitioner at length, when this Court was not inclined to interfere with the impugned Order dated 9th March 2020 passed below Exh.7 in A1-Appeal No.163 of 2019 in RAE Suit No.1556 of 2008, learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to deposit the arrears as per the said impugned Order within a period of four weeks from today. Leave and liberty granted.
