The Petitioner challenges the Order dated 25.07.2018 with respect to cut-in-remission of five days in his case, since he had reported late after he was released on furlough leave. 2.

Learned APP submitted a report prepared by the Additional Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Jail which states that the proposal with respect to the cut-in-remission from the Jail Authorities has been sent to the Government. The order received from the Government shall be conveyed to the Petitioner. 3.

If the grievance subsists thereafter, Petitioner is at liberty to raise the same in accordance with law.
