This writ petition challenges an order passed by the Industrial Court at Thane on 21 December 2017. The subject matter of challenge before the Industrial Court was an order passed by MATHADI Board and coercive action taken in pursuance of that order. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order/action before an appropriate forum.
