The above Civil Application has been filed seeking stay pending the above Petition. The Petition challenges an order amending the original plaint. The above Petition has been admitted on 24.11.2010. In my view, it would be just and proper to allow the Civil Application so as to stay the proceedings in the Trial Court. Since the Learned Counsel for the parties are agreeable to the Petition itself being heard, the above Petition to be placed at the bottom of the supplementary board on 09.10.2015.
