1. Heard Mr. Shah, Applicant in person. He has been permitted by the Committee to appear in person.

2. This application has been filed by some of the Petitioners who have expired whereas Petitioner Nos. 3 and 8 have written to Petitioner No.1 to delete their names as they are very old. Petition has been admitted in November-1997 and is required to be heard finally.

3. Considering the issue involved in the Writ Petition i.e. challenge to the twin orders dated 15.02.1997 and 15.10.1997 the Interim Application can be allowed.

4. For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the Application

57.ia.35.23.doc is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b) which read as under: "(a) Be permitted to delete Petitioner No. 3,4,5,6,7,8 and amend address of the Petitioner No. 1, 2 (b) Amend Cause Title as per Schedule-A"

5. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended cause title be served upon the Respondents i.e. learned AGP.

6. Re-verification is dispensed with.
