The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had no intention to undermine the authority of Gram Panchayat and the measurement of the warehouse was not permitted because the substance inside would have caused health hazards to those who would carry out the inspection.

The concerned Police Station will inform the added Respondent of the pendency of the Petition and submit a report. 6.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Criminal Application No. 104 of 2019 has become infructuous. It is disposed of as such.
