The Applicant was convicted under section 302 of the IPC by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane, by judgment and order dated 30.6.2011. Being aggrieved thereby the Applicant preferred Criminal Appeal No.967 of 2011. The said appeal was filed by Advocate Mr. Shivraj Patil. The Applicant in this application has stated that he is unable to pay the fees of Advocate Shivraj Patil, hence, instead of Advocate Mr. Shivraj Patil, an Advocate may be appointed from the legal aid panel to represent him in the appeal. 2.

In view of the request made by the Applicant, Advocate Mr. Shivraj Patil is discharged and instead we appoint Advocate Mr. Megha 1/2
