Raigad for offence punishable under Sections 354-A, 147, 143, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, applicant is seeking prearrest bail. The role attributed to the applicant is based on ingredients of section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(A) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 9/2019 registered with Poynad Police Station, Dist. Raigad, applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant to attend Investigating Officer on 01/03/2019, 04/03/2019, 06/03/2019 and 08/03/2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.

Application stands disposed of.
