This application is preferred by acquiring body for condonation of 87 delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 10.5.2013 passed by learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division Nashik in LAR No.224 of 2002. A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus:

"(a) Be pleased to condone the delay of 87 days caused in filing above First Appeal."

B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
