Mr. Khairdi, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the question involved in these Petitions is covered by the order dated st September, 2013 , passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the 1 / 2

946,947and960-wp.13714-17gr.doc case of Kiran Namdeo Shinde and Ors. vs. the State of Maharashtra and Ors. in Writ Petition No. 2358 of 2013 and other connected Petitions. He submitted that these Petitions may be disposed of by directing the Competent Authority to consider and take an appropriate decision on the Petitioners' claim. He submitted that the Petitioners shall submit representations before the Competent Authority within two weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid statement, as agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, these Petitions are disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to submit the representations before the Competent Authority within two weeks. On receipt of the same, the Competent Authority shall examine it and, in case, the Petitioners' case is based on the decision of the Division Bench in Kiran Shinde (supra), an appropriate decision and consequential relief may be granted in their favour within four months from the date of receipt of such representation.

Accordingly, the Petitions are disposed of.
