Heard both sides. From the bare reading of the application, it cannot be understood as to under which Order the appeal is dismissed or whether any application was dismissed. The annexures to the application are not properly paginated. The dates of the Order stated in the application do not match with the copies of the Orders annexed to the application. This is a case where the learned counsel for the Applicant has taken absolutely no pains to putting up his case and facts properly.

Considering the fact that the Applicant is stated to be a victim of railway accident, an opportunity deserves to be granted for Sneha Chavan page 1 /2
903 caf 186-21.doc putting the house in order. In that view of the matter, the Application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application, stating true and proper facts, for the same reliefs and on same cause of action.
