Inasmuch as the Petitioner has an alternate remedy 1 / 2 February 21, 2019

901-WPST-5451-19.doc before the D.R.T., we are not inclined to entertain the present Petition. The Petition is accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to take recourse of the alternate remedy. 2.

We record the statement of the learned Counsel for the Respondent-Bank that for a period of three weeks, the Bank shall defer taking physical possession of 100 sq.ft. in occupation of the Petitioner.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly. All contentions are kept open.
