Matter is listed after so many years. Learned Advocate sought time to establish the contact with the Appellant and that is why, earlier the matter was adjourned.

Today, it is submitted that the letter sent by RPAD returned back with the endorsement 'left address'. Copy of letter and photo copy of returned envelope is taken on record and marked as Annexure-X. 3.
In view of this, learned Advocate is unable to establish the contact with the Appellant. In such situation, Court cannot help the Appellant. He ought to be in touch with his Advocate. No point in keeping the matter pending.
