1) This is an application for bail and suspension of substantive sentence imposed upon the applicant by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 35th Court, Mumbai, in C.C.No.310/PW/2008 thereby convicting the applicant under Section 379 of the I.P.C.,by its Judgment and Order dated 28.11.2013 and has been sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three months. The Criminal Appeal No. 790 of 2013 preferred by the applicant has been dismissed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai by its Judgment and Order dated 17.10.2015.

2) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that out of

2 /2 902-appr-113-16.doc the substantive sentence of three months the applicant has already undergone a period of 23 days in Jail. In view of the same, the substantive sentence imposed upon the applicant is hereby suspended pending the hearing and final disposal of the present revision application.

3) The applicant be released on bail on her furnishing a PR bond of Rs.10,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount.

4) After her release from jail, the applicant shall attend the C.S.T. Police Station, Mumbai once in a three month on every first Monday between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

5) All the concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order;
