P.C.:- 1) The record clearly indicates that the applicant has failed to comply with the order dated 24th February, 2018 and the extension sought by him on 21st March, 2018, 27th April, 2018, 11th June, 2018 and 5th July, 2018. Thus, it is clear that with a view to procure the interim relief from this Court, the applicant made a false statement on 24th February, 2018 that he will deposit a sum of Rs. 5 lakhs within a period of four weeks from 24 th February, 2018 and subsequently sought extensions on some or the other pretext with a knowledge that the applicant will never be able to comply with the solemn statement made before this Court on 24th February,2018. 2) In view thereof, interim relief stands vacated and as a consequence thereof, the application is dismissed.
