After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between learned counsel for the newly added respondent, who is the only contesting respondent on behalf of the original respondent, and learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition may be disposed of without declaring any reasons for the operative order. It is accordingly ordered as follows: 2.
The impugned Award dated 31st August 2000 is substituted by the following order:
"The first party is directed to pay 40% of back
Priya Soparkar 59 wp 3873-02-c wages deposited in Court alongwith the accrued interest to the second party-Madhav Sitaram Dhavale."

The Registry shall accordingly permit the newly added respondent to withdraw 40% of the amount deposited by the petitioner in pursuance of the order dated 2nd August 2002, alongwith accrued interest relatable to this amount. The balance amount shall be refunded to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of.
5.
