The Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the anticipatory bail application. He submits that the parties have settled their dispute amicably and have filed Consent Terms in Special Civil Suit No.66 of 2015. He submits that pursuant to the Consent Terms filed, the proceedings arising out of C.R. No.122 of 2014, registered with the Crime Intelligence Unit (Operation), CB-CID, Mumbai have also been quashed by this Court vide order dated 17-4-2015.

Perused the order dated 17-4-2015. The investigation in C.R. No.444 of 2014, registered initially with the Amboli Police
Station and thereafter transferred to the CIU (Operation), CB-CID, Mumbai (renumbered as C.R. No.122 of 2014) has been quashed by a Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.1487 of 2015. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the anticipatory bail application. The anticipatory bail application accordingly stands disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of disposal of the anticipatory bail application as withdrawn, the other afore-stated miscellaneous applications therein, including the intervention application do not survive and accordingly they stand disposed of.
