In this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, there is a challenge to the interim order passed on a Revision Application pending before the State Government. Now it is pointed that the Revision Application has been finally decided by the order dated 5th May, 2015. 2.

Accordingly, the petition does not survive and the same is disposed of. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the final order in Revision Application, it will be open for him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
