P.C.:- Mr. Arshad Shaikh, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been discharged from Criminal Case No.372/PW/2013, which was pending before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 62nd Court, Bhoiwada, Dadar. He has placed on record copy of order dated 18th December, 2017 passed in Revision Application No.274 of 2016. In view of the discharge of the Petitioner, he seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to seek NOC from the High Court in the event, order of the discharge is challenged before the High Court.
