In view of the said statement, learned counsel for the applicants does not press this Application and seeks leave to withdraw the application, with liberty to file a fresh application, after filing of the charge-sheet. 2.
Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the
