By order dated 24th April, 2009, the applicant was allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.4,06,656/- deposited as per the judgment dated 18th October, 2008 passed by Commissioner of Workmen's Compensation & Judge, 11th Labour Court at Mumbai, in Application (WCA) No.419/C-125/99 subject to furnishing security to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

Mr. A.N. Mulla, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the trial court has not accepted the indemnity bond.

In the light of the averments made in the application, the trial Court is directed to accept the indemnity bond as security to release the compensation as per the order dated 24th April, 2009. 4.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
