The hearing of the Writ Petition is already expedited.

Writ Petitions involving challenge to the orders passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal and the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal from the year 1998-1999 are pending for hearing in this Court. Even the expedited Writ Petitions of the year 2004 onwards are pending for hearing. Therefore, as of
