Learned Counsel for petitioners submits that petitioner nos.4, 12 and 18 are no more and steps have to be taken. We notice that one of two such petitioners died somewhere in 2016 and till date no steps are taken. It is needless to say that if steps were not taken within the time fixed for taking such steps so far as such legal representatives of deceased persons, the cause of action gets abated. Therefore, learned Counsel for petitioners has to take proper steps seeking proper relief.

Civil Application No.729 of 2017 filed by Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation is allowed. Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation is allowed to be brought on record. Petitioners to carry out amendment to the cause-title adding the additional respondent within four weeks, followed by filing amended petition.
