The learned counsel for the Petitioners on instructions seeks withdrawal of the above Writ Petition in view of the fact that the Regular Criminal Case No.889 of 2012 has been dismissed in view of the fact that the complainant did not remain before the Trial Court. The above Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. In the event the said case is restored to file, it would be open for the Petitioners to file fresh proceedings for the reliefs sought in the above Writ Petition.
