The above Civil Application has been filed seeking an early date of hearing of the above Civil Revision Application. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 Shri Lanjekar submits that as yet no intimation has been received by the Respondent Nos.1 and 4 as regards allotment of permanent alternate accommodation. In terms of the order dated 03/12/2012, the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 are obligated to inform the Applicant in writing as and when such an allotment of permanent alternate accommodation would be offered to the Respondent Nos.1 to 4. In view of the fact that as yet no intimation is received by the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 of the allotment of permanent alternate accommodation, there is no warrant to keep the above Civil Application pending. The statement which has been recorded in the order dated 03/12/2012 is reiterated by the learned counsel appearing on
behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 to 4. Hence in terms of the said statement, the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to intimate the Applicant as soon as the offer of permanent alternate accommodation is received by them. In the event such a letter is received by the Applicant, the Applicant would be at liberty to move the above Civil Revision Application for being heard finally. Hence with the aforesaid observations, the above Civil Application is disposed of. [R.M.SAVANT, J]
