Heard. The Affidavit-in-Reply filed by the Respondent is taken on record.
The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that at present she is pressing prayer clause (b) of the Civil Application. She submits that other prayer clauses have already been complied with by the other side. It is to be noted that the Respondent has specifically stated that she is occupying the matrimonial home situated at Dahisar (E). Therefore, there is no question of letting out the said matrimonial home to third party. Hence, prayer clause (b) stands rejected. Basavraj G. Patil 1/2
