1] Heard learned counsel the applicant.

2] Notice of this application is duly served on the respondent. However, he has failed to remain present. Hence, by order dated 16.4.2018, another notice was directed to be issued to respondent informing about stay granted to the proceeding in the Family Court at Aurangabad.

3] Learned counsel for applicant submits that fresh notice was also issued to respondent accordingly. Despite that respondent has not appeared.

4] Respondent has filed Marriage Petition No.A. 625 of 2016 in the Family Court at Aurangabad for divorce; whereas applicant has 1/2

6 MCA 88 OF 2017.odt filed proceeding under the Domestic Violence Act in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Phaltan.

5] Applicant is permanent resident of Phaltan and she is finding it difficult to travel to Aurangabad on every date, for attending Marriage Petition No.A.625 of 2016 and therefore, she seeks the transfer.

6] In view thereof, this application for transfer of the said Marriage Petition No.625 of 2016 is allowed.

7] The Marriage Petition No.625 of 2016, pendingon the file at Family Court, Aurangabad is transferred to the Family Court at Satara.

8] The parties to attend the Family Court at Satara, on date fixed by the said Court.
