The application preferred by the applicant was rejected by Sessions Court. From the order it appears that although complaint was received, FIR has not been registered. Learned APP submitted that the applicant has not appeared for investigation in spite of intimation. However, the fact remains that the applicant is apprehending arrest. It is also apparent that FIR has not been registered. In the circumstances, in the event the FIR is registered against accused, 72 hours advance notice about arrest shall be given to the applicant about registration of FIR. With these directions, the application is disposed of.
